El concepto principal es retroceder donde comenzó todo y realizar a mano la suela, mejorando la esencia y el valor de la experiencia de compra de la alpargata. La producción artesanal ofrece el lujo de poder personalizar todo el zapato empezando por el color de la suela: yute natural, blanco o marrón, la plataforma puede ser el estándar básico, doble o triple.
Para las piezas que sujetan el pie, se puede elegir entre 6 diferentes tejidos, 3 de origen animal y 3 de origen vegetal.
The main concept is to go back where it all began and make the sole by hand, improving the value and essence of buying the Alpargata.
The artisanal production gives the customer the luxury of being able to personalize the whole shoe, starting from the color of the sole: natural jute, white or brown.
The platform of the shoe can be of standard height, double or triple. The customer can choose from 6 different fabrics for the pieces that surround the foot. Three of them are made from animal fibers and the other three are made from vegetable fibers.
La unión entre ellas se remata con un bordado en forma de cruz para un acabado perfecto. El valor de la alpargata sube en relación al tiempo que se emplea en producirla artesanalmente. Por esa razón, la técnica de “Bolillos” fue empleada para los acabados finales, ya que es una técnica que requiere mucha delicadeza y paciencia.
Finally, the two parts are sewn together giving the shoe a perfect finish. The price of the Alpargata rises depending on how much time was invested in making it. That’s why the “Bolillos” technique was used for the final touches, given that it’s a technique which requires a lot of patience and care.
Tejido de origen vegetal: Lino, Algodon Supima y Algodon Giza 45.
Tejido de origen animal: Lana de vicuña, Seda Dupioni y Seda satén.
Colores del esparto: Natural, blanco y marrón oscuro. Plataforma: Normal, doble y triple.
Colores de hilo: Beig, blanco y marrón oscuro. Tejido “Bolillos”: Punta, medio y entero.
La forma de la unión entre las dos piezas se realiza para poder plegarse facilmente.
